List of Needs
Part of being human means having physical and emotional needs. Of course we have the needs for sustenance, shelter, and safety. But there are other needs that are essential to our well-being and mental health. We want to loved and to give live. We want to feel we belong and have a sense of purpose. We want to feel self-esteem and respect from others. These are some of the most common needs, but every individual has emotional needs unique to themselves.
