At some point in our lives, all of us have suffered a crisis of confidence.
Whether it was a situational issue or a lingering dark cloud of insecurity, a self-confidence problem holds us back from living fully — from living a bold and fearless life.
Many people believe that a lack of self-confidence is an innate personality characteristic. There are some people lucky enough to be born self-confident, while others must suffer through life feeling “lesser than.” But this life sentence of low confidence simply isn’t necessary. Self-confidence can be learned, nurtured, and ingrained within us.
When we re-train our thinking, practice new habits, address lingering hurts and negative beliefs, and start taking small actions in the direction of our dreams, self-confidence will blossom like a beautiful flower. You will become stronger, happier, and a more attractive person to others.
Several months ago, I asked my readers to offer input on a potential topic for a course I was planning. The overwhelming majority requested a course on improving self-confidence. So along with my friend and fellow personal development blogger Erin Falconer, we have created an interactive 4-week course on self-confidence.
We realize that not everyone can commit to the course, and that some of you may want to learn more about it, so we are offering all of you the opportunity to learn a bit more about simple self-confidence techniques that you can apply to your own life right now.
We invite you to explore some of these techniques in a free 1-hour webinar called The Mind/Body Connection and Self-Confidence. There is absolutely no cost or commitment to join us!
The Mind/Body Connection and Self-Confidence webinar will be held on Sunday, February 26 at 8:00 p.m. EST, and Erin will be the presenter.
For those who don’t know Erin, she is the editor-in-chief of the mega personal development blog Pick the Brain, one of the fastest growing and most trusted self improvement sites on the web. With over 200 bloggers from around the world contributing content, Pick the Brain has become a powerful global voice and brand in the self improvement space, with daily readers in over 35 countries. Erin is the daughter of author and psychiatrist, Dr. Clark Falconer, so she comes by her personal development expertise naturally! In addition, she has had a varied career that includes screenplay writer, stand-up comedian, political consultant, and fashion editor.
During the webinar, Erin will discuss some very specific ways your physical self impacts your self-confidence and actions you can take today to begin to use your physicality to boost your self-confidence.
At the end of the webinar, Erin will discuss our upcoming Simple Self-Confidence Course which opens for registration immediately after the webinar. Webinar attendees will receive a discounted price for the Course. If you are not interested in the Simple Self-Confidence Course, you are still warmly welcomed to attend the webinar. You can just sign off when she begins discussing the Course.
